"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the layout of their own overall & the bathroom. Staff were attentive & friendly. The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. "Room clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs help. No waffle maker, egg omelets are the frozen ones and they actually served bully beef (can corn beef hash). The hot breakfast needs adjusting. However it should not stop you from staying here the overall hotel is OUTSTANDING. "

"Food at the Bistro was delicious. The staff there were very nice. Evan at check in, was personable and efficient. The negatives were; no windows in the rooms and the Air conditioner in my room did not work. Maintenance came and made adjustments but did not fix anything. I slept in a warm room for two nights."
