"Customer service was great. However, the rooms need better soundproofing. I was unable to sleep because I could clearly hear the man in the room next to me snoring loudly. There was also hammering noise throughout the night, and I’m not sure if it was related to the airport, but it was disruptive. In addition, I could hear conversations from guests across the hall very clearly from inside my room. I eventually had to put on noise-canceling headphones just to get some sleep.

"From check in to check out everything was perfect. Our room was ready early and they were conjoined as requested. Room staff were great with providing extra towels. Room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Pool music was great and swim up bar bartenders were great especially Efron. The lobby entertainment was on point. "I cannot recommend this place enough!!! My husband and I were down there for my birthday and we had such a wonderful experience. The place was beautiful, clean and accommodating. They give you vouchers for the beach for chairs and a umbrella. They set it up for you. The beach is literally 5 minutes away. The happy hour was so much fun. The breakfast was one the best ones I have had at a hotel. The food was fresh and delicious. They didn't run out of anything and had such a variety...the coffee...
