"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"When checking in if we got handed our breakfast vouchers it would have made getting breakfast easier."

"The hotel is nice and the breakfast was decent. The room can use a refresher, you can tell they allow pets, the smell is embedded in the rugs in the room. Also just be mindful the kitchen area in the room was crawling with roaches. Will not be staying there again if I had a choice."

"I would like to start with the person who helped me at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. They had a dog area for people with pets and it was a decent amount or grass with poop bags and a trash can for the bags. That said, the actual room itself was really disappointing. Me and my boyfriend felt so uncomfortable that we slept on top of the blanket and I even put my own blanket down so I wouldn’t have to touch the bed. Our bathroom sink did not drain. "This was one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It felt more like a temporary spare bed than a proper hotel bed, and every movement from one person would immediately wake the other. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. The room was also quite noisy, making it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest. "Property was going through repairs. Lobby person seemed a little too engaged with staff members discussing the next days work schedule while we waited to be checked in. When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is another elevator near the lobby that we could have used but she didn’t seem...

"am giving this hotel a very bad rating. They did not reimburse us at all, even though our child was very sick. We were already in Boston and were supposed to check in, but we had to take him to the emergency room. We have all the documents, but they didn’t take any of it into consideration, and they didn’t compensate us in any way."
