"The elevator was out of service claiming 2 set of stairs with suitcases not fun Ac took to long to cool room .. room was hot when we checked in . try use phone inside room to call front desk phone is not working had to walk back down 2 set of stairs just for a extra towel"

"We liked the entire staff; they were friendly and helpful. Only the head lady at the front desk was "over it" as far as anything outside of the property. She was pleasant and smiled, but we had to find a restaurant for my husband's birthday for the night after arrival, even though it was our 1st visit and we don't speak French. We also had to find out on our own where the stores were. Until Carla came in and was more helpful and called the small ferry to let them know we would be going to Pistal...

The owner was kind enough to give us an early check in with upgrade since our room wasnt ready. The room we got was beautiful and fairly spacious with a back door leading straight to the beach. The bed and bed linens were the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The whole property was gorgeous, friendly staff and perfect location.
