"First of all, the views from the balcony of the penthouse were spectacular! Truly breathtaking. But the room itself had some serious design issues. First of all, the elevator did not work the entire duration of our stay. The last step to the penthouse is hard to see and if you miss one, you could fall down half a flight of stairs.
While there is plenty of seating for dining in the penthouse (maybe 12 chairs at 2 tables), the bed situation and the bathroom situation need improvement. There is...

"Well kept property and staff so friendly even though er arrived very late after they closed from desk. A little gem we were lucky to find travelling to Crested Butte from Denver. Room overlooking trout stream was dazzling in the AM at sunrise from my porch, with a few deer staring at me from across stream. Worth staying at least a couple of days.

"1. The parking situation was terrible. There simply weren’t enough parking spaces, so we had to park somewhere else. The road was also unpaved, and we had to drag our luggage quite a long way to the property.
2. The room is located quite high up, roughly three floors above ground level, with no elevator. If you love getting your workout in while traveling, you’re in luck! We had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs.

"We only passed by the area and stayed for one night. Close to RMNP. Very big and spacious rooms. The only issue for us was the a/c unit which did not cool properly at night. We had a late check in and were leaving early in the morning so we just put up with it. As for the late check in the staff was great in communicating instructions for us to access our rooms without issue."
