"Lodge was old and a little dirty, but it well-surpassed our expectations. Staff were nice and helpful (except for the time they barged in our room in the morning without notice). River sound was also nice - I wish those mesh screens weren't torn and we could leave the windows open. Overall, we were happy and may return."

"I was grateful that the heating worked as it was a cooler, rainy night and I had only one blanket on the bed. Couldn’t see much of the view until the morning when the clouds had cleared. I would have liked there to be some soap to wash my hands and didn’t go out or get my larger bag to find my soap."

"I was in unit two, very clean with a nice balcony. The only downfall was there is no sink in the bathroom or a place to put toiletries and there was not a chair in the room.. the first night I was there. The smoke alarm battery was going and maintenance. Repaired it right away very helpful and friendly staff."
