"Loved everthing about our stay. Ryan, who answered the phone when i called about where we could park was so helpful. Thank you Ryan. "The welcome from the the Receptionist was excellent ensured we had a suitable room to meet our needs. Hotel room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was heated individually, controlled in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of hot and cold choices. Highly recommend especially due to the onsite parking which is a bonus in York. All the staff are very polite and friendly."

"My wife and I stayed at the DoubleTree in Leeds for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and comfortable, featuring a vast, comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located, within a reasonable distance from the city centre, and we really enjoyed the lovely views of the canal from our room.
