"This was one of the very best hotel experiences we ever have. The staffs were super friendly, they have plenty of other amenities (like complimentary soda bar, free coffee in the morning, free shuttle to Maihama train station) and their breakfast buffet was the BEST!

"Our stay was wonderful! Having shuttle to and from the hotel was a great option to get to the nearest subway line, Disneyland and Tokyo Sea. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and that gave us time to go out. There also is an airport limousine bus you can book that picks you up from the hotel which was cheap and convenient. The downfall was being far from food places, convenient stores, etc. and we had to Uber Eats food. Other than that, a fantastic stay! "

"The man in the lobby when we checked in was very helpful and friendly, and he ever spoke Spanish to us because he heard us speak it. The room was clean, comfortable, and worth the money. The bathrooms were also clean and warm. The stay was great! Even my picky family liked it there. :)"
