I had a nice stay till the bill had nearly £299 of service charges on and when my partner paid in cash for a round of drinks they also added it to the room trying to make us pay twice abit of a let down tbh

The Swan Hotel and Spa
Didn’t get to use the spa as were told it wasn’t included. the indoor pool we could use was fine but not what was advertised

Pleasantly surprised considering what I paid for studio apartment. Well equipped, spotless, spacious had everyrhing we needed.
