"I didn’t really have many interactions with staff as my partner checked in before me. The location is perfect close to Shoreditch high street station, the air con and fridge were a big plus, the rooms was small but perfectly formed had everything you needed and very good value for a weekend stay. The breakfast was lovely everything available xx"

"I arrived at around 2.30pm after a long train journey and wanted to shower and change before going to lunch and then a concert. I was told my room was ready but that hotel policy wouldn't allow me to check in until 3pm. I had to change in the bar toilet. On my return to the hotel at around 10.30pm (the night of England v Mexico) the bar was shut, ridiculous. I was then allocated a room where they said my luggage was and surprise surprise, it wasn't in the room. Because they don't have phones in...

"Its not bad. A little dirty. They provided us fans during the heat wave which were rather dirty. There was also an eggy smell coming from the boiler/laundry room which was gross at best and mildly concerning at worst. The check in was good and the team was responsive. The most baffling part was that the living room windows cant be opened as its a double pane system. We were there during a heat wave and we were all forced to migrate to the bedroom since there was no way to cool the living room...

Having a kitchenette made it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out each day, and the room had plenty of space to relax after exploring London. The location was excellent. We were just a short walk from the Underground, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and markets nearby. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go while still enjoying a neighborhood that felt less...
