"The property was beautiful and our room was nice. The staff was very friendly, especially the sstaff at The Pub. It was nice to have an on-site bar where we could take out drinks back to our room. The pond on the property was picturesque and the pools looked nice (though we didn't use them). The only issue we had was the shower head in our room seemed dirty because the water spurted all over the place and the sink drained too slowly. "***Safety Alert*** We arrived at the hotel while traveling and parked for the night near the entrance of the hotel. During the night, per the Columbus police, a number of cars were vandalized in the parking lots at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus as well as neighboring hotels. Please note the police officer said there are no cameras on the parking area, nor at the other hotels and "that's the price of having a nice car". The vandals tried to get into the car by breaking the side windows...
