"Staff were excellent. Super helpful when checking in and out. Breakfast was great for us and our kids. Easy to wake up and go downstairs to start our day. So many outlets to charge our electronics."

"Outside and inside the hotel was very clean. Room was clean and very modern looking. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was veey nice. I like the small area in the lobby where you could purchase all kinds of snacks and many travel necessities you may have forgotten at home. I will stay here again when Im in Victoria next. "

"The staff have new a free upgrade in check in to a harbour view and that was such a lovely touch. Room was clean and spacious and bed was real comfortable."

"Very clean, nicely furnished, great staff, and some of these best amenities anywhere. TV with all the subscriptions. Cozy old-school pub in the basement with great beef burgers at bizarrely reasonable prices. Also attached hip diner but unfortunately don't open till 8am. Best yet: affordable pricing! Only downside: not a walkable destination."

"This is a hidden gem. The outside is deceptive, not having great curb appeal, but the rooms are modern and spotless with comfortable beds, good quality sheets, and large tvs. The staff are pleasant and efficient, breakfast is adequate, and amenities include a pool table, e-bikes and kayaks. Location is good and price can't be beat!"

"From check in to check out, an excellent experience. Nava (Miss Bubbly) was just fantastic. What a greeting! The rooms were so nicely updated and clean. I really appreciated the coffee in the lobby this morning :-) I would absolutely stay there again. "

I did ask you for a refund for the last night and you said you would call the hotel and ask me to wait on the line, after 30 min. approx we were disconnected. I spoke with the desk and they told me you called and they would refund the last night. I don't have that refund on my card."
