"Likes: Charming, quaint and personal. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location for historic district, dining and city center, all within walking distance. Area felt safe at all times. Dislikes: No parking, and city parking is expensive although convenient."

"Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!"

"Really great property in an excellent location near my favorite restaurants and a nice organic market. Room was clean, comfortable and nice finishes. Kitchen was great. I loved having plants in the unit too. Staff were also really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"The property is on a convenient location. It’s was fairly clean however there was mold in the shower (small amount). Also be advised there is no tv in the room so bring your own devices."

"Room was very nice. Clean. Some broken light bulbs in the bathroom. I wasn't able to get the TV connected to the internet. The environment was very noisy. Nice neighborhood though. Great location. Unfortunately the noise was a real bummer. I didn't sleep as long as I would have liked to."

"Our first room's thermostat was not working properly (stayed 74 Farhenheit the whole night with high fan mode) so they switched to another room the next day which we were grateful for. However, the new room had mold at the corner of the shower booth as the water was dripping constantly from the shower head and one of the nightstand's light wasn't working. "Overall I had a good stay. However, I was feeling ill around 11pm and asked the front desk if they had any advil or other headache medicine. I was told that there was none at the hotel and was directed to a convenience store several blocks away. I was feeling pretty bad, so I went looking for the store but didn’t find it. There has to be a better solution for these types of situations than sending guests to wander the streets close to midnight in an unfamiliar city."

"I enjoyed my stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. The hotel is tucked just off Rittenhouse Square on a charming side street, and walking to Walnut Street for shopping and dining couldn’t have been easier. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I truly loved my experience here and plan to stay again anytime I’m in Philadelphia. I would highly recommend it to my friends."
