"It was a good place to stay the price was also very affordable and it was close to food and shopping very central close to pretty much everything. Just a quick note if you rent the room for several days they don't come by to clean on a daily basis. But other than that it was good."

"The heat in El Paso is at times VERY bad... I had to work, so I couldn't take the family out to a water park, so I got a hotel with a pool so we could cool down a bit. The staff was GREAT, very helpful and willing to make it all happen. Our room was clean, smelled good and all linen was clean. I was able to work on my business emails, phone calls and planning. The pool was bright and clear, enclosed and safe for kids. The issue was the AC in the hotel room. The AC kept blowing hot air, and I heard from other guests that they had been complaining about that, too. I was hopeful that as the day went by, and once the sun was down it would cool down, but it did not happen. My family, and even my dog (which is great that they admit pets) were VERY uncomfortable. Instead of staying the night, we ended up leaving at around 10pm. Front desk staff was comprehensive, and we know it's something out of their reach. They couldn't accommodate us in another room since they were taken or unavailable. If only the AC would work well, I would return during the summer."

"I made the reservation on line. So I checked in at 1:00 pm and the lady told me..if you want to check in right now is going to cost you 30 Dollars more... Because check in is usually at 3:00 pm . I said that's too late I need to rest, and she said it's going to cost $ 30.00 Dollars more And I told the lady I never heard of that. So I paid the $ 30.00 Dollars.....is this correct.. Are the hotels charging extra..Because she said that check in was at 3.00 pm ...come on..that's too late"

"The room was clean and the kitchenettes were very nice to have. Breakfast was always busy and there is shopping very close by. The staff was helpful, my only thing was the pool was closed due to bees, but the staff was very helpful about making sure the area was safe."
