"Like the place the people are helpful"

"It is good for a quick stop. I don't recommend it for a long stay. The hotel is one mile off the beaten path from the main road. If you don't have a vehicle, it is not walkable. The property is a little smelly. It is ok for one night or two, but not any longer."

They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they immediately blamed me and attempted to force an unfair charge. On top of that, the hotel claimed there was a “7-day stay policy” through Expedia, which is completely false and was never disclosed during booking. It felt dishonest and...

"The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again. The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why...

"Property was new and clean. No soap or shampoo. Only two thin towels. Insulation walls. Kept up all night for our 3 days stay. Probably would not stay at this hotel chain again. "

"Blood stain on my pillow, dirty foam in the hot tub and the exercise room smelled like sweat. The breakfast attendant was great and they did apply a discount due to the stained pillow. The bed was comfortable and convient location"
