Hyatt Grand Central New York
My experience had unfriendly staff the room wasn't clean properly there was tissue in the door the sheet were wrinkle and the room was dusty. There was no coffee and water in the room but could have been charged $45 more just to access those necessities.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The Sheraton was very nice and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. The location was great for what I wanted to do while visiting. There were some areas for improvement. Our room didn’t have a TV remote. I had to request one. The water pressure in the shower was solid, but I would have ...
