"Beautiful property- loved the 3 pools- one an infinity pool overlooking the beach. Our ocean view room was large and modern. Nice shower! My only complaint is they should have hooks or another towel rack. Minor complaint though"

"Though the breakfast was good, we found multiple roaches crawling in the bed frames and bathroom floors. There was only one tube that contained both shampoo, body wash, and conditioner all in one. There was no full sized mirror either other than the bathroom mirror. But front staff at lobby was quite reciprocative."

"Pros: staff especially Jose were very welcoming, location is close to everything in Condado and other surrounding areas, we walked to a lot of the popular locations, restaurants close by in walking distance, pick up spots for tours are close by as well!
Cons: my dad had between $1500-$1700 stolen out of his bag, we spoke to hotel manager who is currently investigating. No elevator so be prepared to lift bags up the stairs, king bed rooms are smaller than expected akin to hotels in Europe."
