"For this American it felt a little bit like being in the Clue mansion. The property has great character. it is clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Public transportation (frequent, reliable, and economical) to the airport and Liverpool attractions is accessible just steps away from the front door. Walk a short distance (15 minutes) through a quiet residential neighborhood to find convenience shopping and various locally owned eating establishments. Breakfast buffet is included...

"Very unusual hotel in that there is no reception or staff to be seen. You are sent your entry codes via message for internal and external entry. Very clean and tidy and a super central location. Was surprised to get a maid service but then disapointed we didn't get teas and milks replaced. First world problems. The room had a fridge but it didn't work and so much my milk curdled in it. The shower was powerful but the water was tepid at best. Lots of noise at night due to it's central location...

"Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."

"The staff were helpful and the room was ok very big and clean but not much natural light however we hadn’t realised it was a party hotel in the middle of the lively part of Liverpool. It was a Sunday night so was it was fine and we had a nice time. The location is very central but we were glad it wasn’t Saturday night!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THiS PLACE Pictures are not even close to the actual place. You have to buzz in for quite a long time just to get into the front door. They have absolutely no customer service. I am disputing the charge as fraud. Sheets looked like they had not been cleaned. The bathroom did not have all of the amenities they claimed were included. So bad we left and found another place to stay."

"Location was easy to find, easy to park on the street and it was close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The property was clean and easy to access. The internet didn't reach the attic room but we weren't in the room that much so it wasn't a bother"

Bed sunk in No broom or vacuum, things you need to maintain a flat was missing. We had left some personal items and the communication around finding them was awful. I would never pay this rate for this place it has potential put currently the condition of a well used student flat. Would stay...
