The first room I was offered was so dirty in the bathroom, I went back to reception for a change. They agreed to change the room. The second room was a bit better, but hair (not mine) on the pillows, ceiling hanging fixture, in bathroom, only hanging by an exposed electrical wire, mold in and around the showers, mattress full of pee stains, blood drops on towel, spider webs hanging from ceiling, torn lampshade. The carpet was dark, so never took my socks off. No possibility to see if clean, which I doubt.

Great location , friendly helpful professional staff at reception and cleaning and maintenance team. Luggage storage which was great, room clean and well equipped. Great value for mo et in a busy city. Will stay again. Thanks to the team!

It was hard to find as looked nothing like the pictures. It's basically a door with very little signage. A incredibly basic hotel for the price. It wasn't dirty but not to a high standard and literally is just a basic and creaky bed. B

A budget hotel which is close to the train station, metro, and shops. The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t great. Quite noisy at night but that is to be expected given the location. We didn’t interact with any staff as we were emailed the access codes to the main door and our room before arrival.

STAY AWAY FROM THiS PLACE Pictures are not even close to the actual place. You have to buzz in for quite a long time just to get into the front door. They have absolutely no customer service. I am disputing the charge as fraud. Sheets looked like they had not been cleaned. The bathroom did not have all of the amenities they claimed were included. So bad we left and found another place to stay.
