"A very funky guest house. My room was upgraded at no extra charge. Very nice room. If your a Liverpool they awesome Liverpool FC basement, with two pool tables and loads memorabilia there. Only 2 and half miles from city centre with buses very close by. I'd highly recommend this guest house."

"On arrival staff member (or manager) appeared complacent and somewhat uninterested. Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4). "Loved our stay here, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed due to an issue, so we had to walk into park lane for food. Will return x"

"It was a lovely well equipped air B and B. Very good location and good communication with the owner who got back to me pretty quickly when I contacted her. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Accessible to all even the slightly less mobile. "

"Location was easy to find, easy to park on the street and it was close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The property was clean and easy to access. The internet didn't reach the attic room but we weren't in the room that much so it wasn't a bother"

"This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm."

I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...
