"Elevator didn’t work and they tried to give us a room on the 3rd floor. Room was outdated with no accessories like pots. Had to sign paperwork saying we couldn’t cook in the room. No water pressure in the shower, slow drain to tub and mold around it. "

"The bath tub had no stopper. My son and I are both handicapped AND chose this room bcuz of the tub. Called the desk and they said call the help line. No answer. The heat wasdifficult to figure out as was the internet. Once again call the help line. No answer On POSITIVE NOTE the room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful kitchen and nice couch. The next morning the ladies at the desk were very helpful and courteous."

"The stay was good the only complaint was the person who checked us in kept giving wrong directions to the rooms. He gave us the letter of the building instead of the building numbers which had us going back to the check in desk several times."

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"This was the dirtiest Hampton I have ever stayed in. There was dirt on the mirror, hair on the toilet seat, and grease stains on the headboard. The wood around my door lock on the exterior of the door was also chipped away, appearing like someone was trying to access the room without a key. This was also the worst Hampton breakfast I have ever seen. The only whole fruit were the apples that sit out all of the time. Not one banana to be seen."

"Breakfast is complimentary and was delicious. The hotel is getting old and needs to be updated. Staff are very friendly. Good location it there was a couple of “sketchy” peeps hanging around the parking lot and surrounding area. Good for the price. "
