"The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did...

"First we reserved a king room with ocean view, we ended up in the back with a partial view and a different room than what was shown at booking. Then our room was hot and stuffy there were no exhaust fans in the bathroom or fans for air circulation in the room. No Ice on the floors, you had to call the front desk for them to bring it to you. Anytime you called the front desk no one answered it was only a recording. We had no hot water from any sink or bath tub, only the shower. The bathroom only...

"They do not provide breakfast and the bathtub didn’t work properly. The water pressure and temperature are less than desirable. But it definitely has the potential to be very nice"

"The staff was very pleasant. The resort does look like it needs some maintenance and upkeep in some areas i.e. paint pealing, water damage. The beach view was great but there was no communication prior to check in of the situation with the beach where it was not recommended to enter due to the large amount of seaweed (sarcasm). Asked due to not being able to enter the water to see if we could leave 1 day earlier and it was denied without paying for the full stay. The air conditioning vents...

"Loved the bedding. It was actually cotton and the PRESSED the pillow cases and sheets. It felt so go to slip in them. The room was clean but staff was indifferent."

"This is not family friendly property. Parties were all the time, loud music, big companies. No management at the facility. Nobody cares what is going on. Only cleaning staff is friendly and respectful."

"This hotel was everything that I needed it to be!! I went for a few days to rest and reset. Perfect location steps from the beach. Excellent restaurants and snack/coffee bar. The pool area was nice and relaxing. You can also get food and drinks there. One of the coolest things was they have a catwalk and elevator that takes you directly to the beach!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable with a nice fluffy down comforter."
