"We really enjoyed our time here. The room was huge with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The restaurants were very good, and there are other great options nearby. The gym was small but far better equipped than most hotel gyms. The staff was excellent with one exception, but I felt he was brought in to replace someone who didn't show up and he wasn't trained for the position they gave him. The property was very well maintained (except for a stain on the carpet in our room). We'd definitely stay here again."

"Beach service not good ,long coffee lines in the morning, elevators so slow I recommend lower floor so you can walk and get exercise at the same time "

"Great location, right on the waterway with water taxi stop right there. Short walk to the beach, shopping and amenities close by. Nice lobby area with coffee shop, restaurant, games for the family and bar. Valet parking and free storage of your luggage if needed. Outside space was beautifully landscaped- lots of lounge chairs, patio bar and tables to sit and watch the boats go by or the draw bridge! Pool was lovely too! Outdoor games as well. Rooms were large and spacious but well worn. The biggest negative was the cleanliness… dishes still had food on them, sheets were clean but stained, same with white towels- not clean. Windows, appliances wiped with dirty cloth leaving gross film on everything!!! Bare minimum utensils. But the layout was really nice- could be awesome if refreshed and kept to a higher standard of cleanliness! Shout out to Steve at the front desk- went out of his way to call us a taxi ride to the airport!"
