"Wonderful place to stay with young children! Area is safe, quiet, and clean. Easy walk to Central Park, Natural History Museum, and metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team kept our room tidy. Already looking forward to our next stay!"

Quartos limpos, banheiro igualmente e cama confortável. Café da manhã bem gostoso, com boas opções de pães, iogurtes, cafés, granola. Além disso, pode-se pegar os cafés e snacks durante o dia todo sem custos. Ótimo quando se chega cansado a noite e pode tomar um cappuccino, suco ou chá e comer um iogurte ou salgadinho. "First off, the staff was first class. From the front desk people to the doormen, they were always willing to help and always with a smile. The hotel is also very clean and the room was perfect. The location of the hotel also couldn’t be beat. So close to great restaurants and shopping. Close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway. Close to subway and easy to get taxis. The only slight negative is there is not a bar or restaurant in this hotel. Not a deal breaker for us and would stay...

"Great stay here, room was great and decent size. Only bad things are the lifts are frequently broken and out of order, and housekeeping guy was super intense- knocking at 9.30 in the morning and asking if we wanted services while I was still in bed in pajamas. I kept saying no to try and get him to go away but took ages for him to get the hint. Not a good start to the day. Otherwise it was great."
