"Staff is always nice. Elevators are slow and one was down. Ice machines did not work, tried 4 floors before going to front desk.
Furniture in lobby stained and dirty. Towels are old and torn. They were so worn they needed to be labeled rag.

"During my stay, the experience often felt more focused on extra fees than guest comfort. Requests like double beds or early check-in came with added charges, making the stay feel transactional rather than welcoming.
The room also had issues. The toilet seats creaked and felt unstable, which was disappointing given the room rates.
Additionally, the street-facing rooms were extremely noisy. Better sound insulation would greatly improve comfort and sleep quality.
