"Great apartment and location. Super convenient and close to everything."

"Initially we were thrilled to stay here, as the pub manager showed us to our room, carried one of our suitcases and assured us that the waters & snacks would be replenished every day. "From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked, we had nothing but the very best of service and support from the staff. The front office staff was courteous, friendly and polite. We were early so they stored our luggage and help us with directions to near by attractions. The room was small but very comfortable and clean and everything was working. "Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again."
