"Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. "

The welcome was friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a modern en-suite, and the breakfast freshly cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble with dairy and gluten free options being readily available. With free parking on the drive or street, and a short walk to the town centre Glenavon was ideally located. We will return if in the area."

"WHAT A FIND!!!! A real gem After being let down with our original booking, we found the Black Lion Hotel. It's set in a small, quiet village near the river. We had a superb evening meal, the pub was busy in both the bar and restaurant area all evening, which is always a good sign.... the food was superb, service was excellent The room we stayed in was quiet, clean, the bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy. The breakfast in the morning was superb quality made from local produce. ...
