"Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea and the town. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the warm welcome and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Check in was a breeze. Staff (owners) were very helpful......and lots of fun. We had a large room with a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. GREAT views!! Breakfast was made to order and had lots of choices. As to Llandudno........what a beautiful Victoria resort town!! MANY things to do and great areas to visit."

"Kris is an excellent host and the staff are very caring and helpful. The hotel is an older house and is in need of some freshening. This appears to be happening through some refurbishments and upgrades. Our room was large and comfortable and the communal lounge and dining room are well fitted out. Kris is an excellent chef, breakfasts are tasty and the portions are big. We would highly recommend a supper from the house menu. Once again Kris takes great pride in his cooking and meal...

"We stayed at Holcombe House Five star guest House. We were greeted Jose, the owner he gave us a loverly welcome when we arrived. Holcombe House is a beautiful house,very clean .the breakfast was amazing. We were treated very well. Jose will always help with any questions or queries you may have. Both my wife and I are hoping to go back."
