Cari Hotel di Conwy

"The TV remote didn't work for the first couple of days we had to wait for maintenance breakfast not to much of a selection"

"On arrival they took too long to allocate a room, the staff where not friendly, apart from the lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean but tired looking. Bed comfortable, breakfast good, suppose to be superior room but only a seaview difference from standard. Main problem was the reception staff who couldn't be bothered to welcome visitors or look up from what ever they were doing to interact with guests"

"Lovely hotel , very friendly staff ..good great not too pricey and room was fantastic . such a lovely lad behind the bar"

"A lovely historic hotel in a splendid setting."

"Lovely hotel for a quick trip to Wales celebrating our mums 86th birthday. Loved the history and, though somewhat dated, the rooms were comfortable."

"The staff were extremely helpful helping us in and out with baggage and helping us in any way we needed. The only disapointment I felt was not taking gluten free that seriously . They did have the bread but meals were another thing and two days I had not choice of sweet. Otherwise I would go there again if we can travel that far another year."

"Everything Everyone was just perfection I can’t fault this place What a oasis in the desert of life I have found"

"Good hotel, great location. Clean and gfm.Staff helpful, breakfast very good."
