"Staff were really helpful & friendly. Checking in went smoothly. The staff in the spa were also lovely.
Room wasn't very clean, dirty hand prints on the shower doors, dirty walls in the toilet. But apart from that we did have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was plentiful & fresh.
Would definitely come back again. "

"Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. "Had a really pleasant stay at Gwydyr Hotel. The hotel is charming, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with spotless rooms and a cosy atmosphere. Service was warm and attentive, and breakfast was delicious.
