Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was a little dated but clean. Pool and hot tub were perfect and a nice outdoor patio area with grill wasn’t nice too.

The outside doors were suppose to need key fobs to open, but the locks were broken. The door to my room was slightly off its hinge so I really had to yank and shove to open and close the door. The air/heat unit had burn marks where it plugged into the wall. The mattress base was to small for the mattress, so the mattress tilted off the bed when you sat on the edge. The old carpeting in the hall and room was musty and smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking property. I would not recommend to anyone.

Front desk was very helpful getting us adjoining rooms and early check-in. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked clean. The hot tub was out of commission, but that was OK since we weren’t interested in using it.

The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes. The bed had something spilled on the bed skirt and it wasn't cleaned. All the walls had specs. The sheets seemed ok, however, the pillows smelled of smoke and my asthma was triggered all night. The room temperature was fine. Beds were a little firm but nice. The cigarettes and cleanliness was the worst part.

The property itself could use a little upkeep but overall, the towels were clean not stained, sheets were clean, no hairs, beds were comfortable and tub was clean, again no hairs or soap scum. For the price and only a half hour south from Michigan adventures right off 96. Id call it budget friendly.

Stay was okay, TV was not working in the room. Was not fixed during my stay and nothing was done about it, after asking my twice. Also, found a small cockroach in my room. Listing says pet friendly, but you cannot leave your dog unattended. Other than that, the stay was alright. Not the best stay, but not the worst either.
