"The resort had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Clean sheets and ample towels. I appreciated having my own reserved parking space too! Check in and check out was so easy! "

"Went to the office to let them know the room had not been clean the lady at the front desk mentioned it have been checked off mind you there was dirty socks on the nightstand. There was cookies broken up underneath the beds. There were sanitary napkins in the trashcan and razor blade tops in the bathtub. How can someone tell you the room have been clean would not recommend to anyone. "

"The staff was really nice, however our room was not clean at check in. Trash in the trash can and on bathroom floor, food items in the fridge and one towel. We were moved to another room and no wash cloths and there was dirt/ sand on one bed. Trash stayed on the floor by the ice machine and never saw housekeeping. "

"I don't know if this hotel was in the middle of an ownership/management change, but there was no housekeeping services, no wifi and the ice machine wasn't out of service. My room wasn't very clean on check in, with dead bugs and shampoo on the shower doors. View from the room was great but I felt like I was the only one there."

"The only negative I have is that when my daughter and I arrived, none of the outside lights were on and our room was in the little tucked away corner so it was impossible to see without a flash light. Other than that, it was very clean and well maintained. "

"The hot tub was broke, and I didn't use the pool. My only complaint is that there was no in house person to take any problems to. We had a bathroom cabinet with a broken hinge, and the drain in the master bath was very slow draining. Other than that, it was perfect. We would go again for that room and that view! It is awesome.
