"We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so. The card operated door lock was a little awkward to open (we really had to crank the handle hard at the beep). There wasn't a fridge in the room. It looks like there used to be a minibar installed in the TV cabinet, but guess no longer profitable so removed.
