"Great service! Hotel staff were super nice and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would absolutely stay again! Also it’s a short drive from downtown or they offer a shuttle! Breakfast was delicious, happy hour have had appetizers and drinks that were included in the room stay. Just all around an amazing stay! "

"It was clean however the room had no water for drinking , no ice machine or vending machines. The items they carry by the desk are outrageously priced. The hotel is a good 2 mile walk to the broadway bars and there’s a huge hill. No one came to change linens or empty garbage, etc. unless you asked. The staff was not helpful in guiding visitors around the area. They couldn’t answer any questions, be they did they offer to look something up. They didn’t seem to care. The pool is very small and no umbrellas. Overall I was fit for the money."

"My family and I recently stayed at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center for spring break. We traveled with three young children (ages 3, 3, and 4), and while the resort is undeniably beautiful, our overall experience was extremely disappointing—especially for the price. The property itself is stunning, with indoor waterfalls, lush landscaping, and unique water features. We were especially interested in the indoor boat ride, but it was far too crowded for us to enjoy. While the atmosphere is impressive, the experience does not match the cost. The SoundWaves water park was just okay—not nearly as impressive as expected given the premium price. We’ve had a much better experience at Great Wolf Lodge for significantly less money. Our room was small and not family-friendly. There was no microwave. The bathroom was especially frustrating—very cramped, with barely enough space to maneuver between the toilet and shower. What was most disappointing is that nothing was included in our very expensive two-night stay. The food was average at best and extremely overpriced. We dined at Stax and Old Hickory, and honestly, both could have been skipped. The only reasonably priced option we found was the ice cream shop. On top of that, parking was an additional $37 per day and there was a $30 daily resort fee that didn’t seem to include any meaningful amenities Overall, this experience felt extremely overpriced and underwhelming. I would not return or recommend this resort! "

"Breakfast was far and above what most hotels offer with the purchase of your room. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and provided everything we needed. I would classify this as the perfect setting between a traditional hotel and an Airbnb. We will definitely stay again."

"The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. They have a nice restaurant on site. You can also walk to several locations for entertainment, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay here again."
