" I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Conca Bella Boutique Hotel. Upon check in, we were not initially given the upgraded room we expected in addition to the VIP perks for food. On the second day, staff informed us there had been a misunderstanding and moved us to a different room, which they described as an upgrade. "Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."

"Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. "
