"Amazing hotel on the lake! Amazing view, exactly what I had imagined and hoped it would be. They have private dock so you can arrange boat pickup and drop off from hotel. Food was superb. Free breakfast that’s superb increased value of stay."

"This cozy, well-cared-for villa is truly a gem… overlooking the incredibly beautiful Lake Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay (we wish we had stayed longer!!). Donatella (the owner), her daughter, Martina, and others helped make our stay truly memorable. "Delightful small (11 rooms) hotel. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We stayed in a room with a pleasant area for sitting out. There was a very good choice at the breakfast buffet, which is taken on the terrace. It is in a convenient situation, just a few steps from the lakeside with all its cafes & restaurants and very close to the funicular. "We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. "We stayed here 3 nights. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Como, for exploring the town and the lake. The ferry ticket office and pier is 100 meters away. There are many restaurants within a 5min walk. It is within walking distance to both Como train stations for those using public transport. Camilla is very helpful with good communications in English. WhatsApp is available to message or talk with her. The building is typical of older Italian buildings but the rooms are comfortable...

"Amazing location with mountains and lake views right in front of the apartment. Walking distance to any shopping street, attraction, and ferry. The dining options were great with delicious food at any restaurant. Side Note: There was a bit of difficulty when it came to parking and garage space."
