"Very clean and perfect for our 3 night stay"

"Free breakfast was mainly bread and jam but free is free. Also free coffee. On top of a restaurant so expect noise until they close. Bit of a tough uphill walk back from waterfront but doable."

"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."

"We stayed in the top floor room with the king bed and a sofa bed. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was perfectly quiet even when we slept in until 9:30. This is very rare to find in the city center! Two of my adult children slept in the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. "Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. "

"We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna...

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, elegant. Balcony was wonderful for a cup of tea or glass of wine. Staff were amazing - helpful, accommodating and so pleasant. Breakfast was a lovely experience (they easily accommodated my gluten free request). 5-10 min walk into town (uphill on the way back). Easy to access everything you need in Como. Would definitely stay there again. Possibly the only downside is that if you’re not a confident driver you won’t enjoy the parking...
