"The most terrible experience we have ever had. No towels, no soap, only one pillow that was one inch deep. When we asked for towels were given 2towels size of a hand towel. That’s all we have got. They only come once a week. No one came all week to service the room. Beds lumpy and very uncomfortable. Windows filthy could hardly see through. Lift kept breaking down. Would never stay there again."

"I think the only thing that was clean was the bed. The carpet was completely stained, there were coffee splatters all down the wall, bathroom didn’t look clean, the bath panel was also hanging off. The mould on the walls was making the wallpaper peel off. The floors were very creaky and uneven, each time you walked around it would make the wardrobe move and bash together. "The hotel is in a good position with Lidl and a Pub closeby, which was good for dinner. The room is quite large with a good view. The breakfast food was nice but the slow service and lack of process to take orders defintely the needs improvement. Otherwise we enjoyed our 1 night stay."

"We stayed here for two nights, what a wonderful experience! The room and staff were fantastic, food was great, felt very relaxed and at home. We visited Looe, Polperro and Fowey, easy to travel to and back. Loved the little break away. Would highly recommend going."
