"El hotel es viejito, y no hay quien atienda en subir maletas. El restaurante tiene muy buen servicio pero ya que sales en la estancia de playa o alberca no hay atencion o servicio constante."

"We really wanted to love this place. Everyone we encountered working was lovely— when we got service from them.
We had dinner plans in the evening and when we needed to iron garments, we realized we had an iron but no ironing board. We called for one to be brought up and were told it would be 10-20 minutes. At 25 minutes, we called again. They finally brought one up and we only just made our reservation.
We took the do not disturb sign off the door in the morning and didn’t receive turndown...

"C’est un hôtel très agréable, hyper bien placé avec un effort particulier qui a été fait sur son jardin tropical. On se sent vraiment loin de la ville lorsqu’on est dedans alors qu’on est en plein coeur de l’animation en bord de mer"
