"The overall stay was amazing. I really enjoyed the daily happy hour drinks. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The room just had a bit of an odor which is probably from too much chlorine from the pool getting into the carpet. That would be my only complaint. The check in/check out process was smooth. The hotel was very close to a lot of local spots and the beach. You definitely get everything that is described. If you are looking to be in the room often, being an HDMI cable and a compatible device because channels are limited."

"The hotel is ideally situated in a prime city location, offering a private beach and excellent views of the Condado beach area. It provides a tranquil and secure environment. Regarding reservations, please be advised to confirm any additional charges, such as city taxes, property fees, and parking. Depending on your booking method, breakfast may not be included and can be quite costly. Old San Juan is conveniently accessible, with Uber being the recommended transportation option for exploring various restaurants and amenities. Overall, the experience was positive."

"We had the best time! It feels like you’re on a resort. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Super clean- Breakfast had plenty of options. Very close to airport and beach. A short drive to old San Juan. The drinks and food were excellent!! Nester and Manuel were great to us! We will definitely be back!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort in Puerto Rico! From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything exceeded my expectations. My ocean-view room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Waking up each morning to the beautiful view of the ocean was the perfect way to start the day. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean throughout my stay. The pool area was fantastic—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The beach was just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the soft sand, warm water, and breathtaking scenery whenever I wanted. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and every meal was enjoyable. The drinks were equally impressive—refreshing, well-made, and perfect for relaxing by the pool or beach. What made this vacation even more special was the overall atmosphere. The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. I felt safe, comfortable, and truly cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Puerto Rico. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to returning someday. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay such a memorable experience!"
