"Very affordable- Shuttle bus from airport took more than an hour, but it turned out that we were looking for “DoubleTree” on the side when the bus actually said “SHERIDAN/doubltree”. Oops. Clean room"

"While the grounds looked nice and clean, there were cockroaches in the bathtub of my room. I then got changed rooms and later that same night I had a staff number walk into my room even though that same staff member had checked me into that room earlier. Hoping to give it to another guest when I then followed them back to the front desk to clear up the mistake. I went back to my room again and I was locked out because they had deactivated my key card. This was at 11:00 p.m. at night. Thankfully I was still awake. I will never stay at this location again"

"We used to enjoy staying at this hotel. It seems to be struggling. The TV did not work and they had no idea what was wrong. When we went to our room upon check in the door was open. We reported that the door would not close without a giant push and then lock. Halls smelt very musty. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room with people across the hall fighting loudly at 4am. The hotel is at a great location for air travel. The outside grounds are nice with a food truck in site. "

"This property was awful. Our flight arrived in the evening (8:30pm) arrived at hotel roughly 9:30 and we were greeted by a rude night staff that handed me the room key while promptly returning to the back room, like I was an inconvenience. Part of the reason we booked this hotel, was due to price and included breakfast. I know Super 8 is a cheap hotel. However, this was ridiculous. So staff interaction awful. Go to the room. The door will not lock. Staff doesnt care. Great. Thankfully, its not busy, so we try and go to sleep. Wake up. Mind you we were not told what time breakfast was or wifi password or any of the supposed accommodations.....wake up 7am. Go to the typical breakfast time. Ask for breakfast. We were handed 4 trail mix bars.....and they didnt have any coffee. This is false advertising. This stay was extremely frustrating and felt unsafe due to the door not locking. The lock was not aligned with the indent in the door....so. recommendation.....stay anywhere else. "
