"We had a pretty rough start with the room keys not working, but the manager was absolutely amazing and quickly sorted everything out by upgrading us. From that moment on, it was an incredible experience. I loved every second of it and will definitely be back!"

"My stay was an awesome experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel more like a home than a place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with attention to little details that really made a difference.

"Not one single hotel employee knew the wifi password. It was awful! How do the employees who work there everyday not know that answer? Very bad.
Perhaps I have been spoiled at other all-inclusive resorts but this place didn’t have good seafood options! Really it lacked variety from breakfast to lunch and lunch to dinner.
I paid $300 to upgrade our room and it didn’t feel that fancy!
