"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were...

"Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious.
The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall...

"We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard.
Rooms:
The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The...

"Excellent hotel , great staff.
Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it.
Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay.
So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again.
Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro
Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint
Would recommend this hotel"
