"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"All of the staff were gracious and helpful. The breakfast/brunch was available from 8 - 1 pm which was amazing - all you can eat and even had wine available for brunch! The rooms were kept clean and fresh towels came everyday if you wanted them. We 'rented beach towels and a parasol from the hotel and once returned you got your deposit back. There was always fresh lemonade and coffee available in the front lobby which was great and there was great shopping and wonderful restaurants all around...

"Der Hotelaufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Allerdings bietet sie nur wenig Privatsphäre, da die Abtrennung zu den Nachbarterrassen lediglich aus einem Metallzaun ohne Begrünung besteht. "The location is great, the pull out bed/couch was perfect for my two young children. The only issue was the WiFi connection wasn’t that great other than that the stay was perfect."
