"From check in which took 40 mins as they couldn’t find our booking, which was paid for in January. To paying for a meal where chips were hard and stale, did tell the member of staff but was told he would tell the kitchen, he pick up the chips and never returned, not would you like me to get you some fresh chips, nothing, reported it to reception, not interested, reported again the next morning and luckily got a decent member of staff Nichola I think her name, she refunded me my money. Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins. The second time I would not stop and I had to turn the shower on for a few seconds and off again to make it stop. 2. There was a flash and small blip from the fire alarm. "Checked out of the awful Leonardo hotel and booked into this beautiful hotel, which cost me the same price, the only regret I have is that I didn’t book into this hotel for my full trip, excellent from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it’s immaculate, food gorgeous very reasonably priced, parking very good price, stay here avoid the Leonardo hotel."
