"We had a room, 1329, with a view of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye! Located immediately across Westminster Bridge in the south bank of the Thames, convenient to the Waterloo or Westminster Tube Stations, anywhere you wanted to go was minutes away! Room service 24/7 was wonderful and the menu had many choices. But we hit 4 different Pubs,a MUST, when we were there for the week! The staff was so helpful and polite. The people of London are so good at politeness! Each night, the Eye lights...

"Everything about it is perfect. We had a beautiful view of the neo-classical façade of the Royal Opera House, and walked to the British Museum and several theatres. The staff was excellent and shared the history of the building and reading recommendations in the elegant library"

We were able to check in early at no extra charge, and the staff was generally helpful and polite. The rooms are not huge, but they are well laid out. Everything was very clean, and we slept comfortably. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in London."

"The hotel was luxurious and very pleasant to stay. There were some quirks with a lavatory with a violent sounding flush and the restaurant being predominantly gluten free but the room’s hand wash, body wash and conditioner all containing wheat protein."
