"Family room was rather small, but it is Central London, and price was reasonable for the location, so fair enough. Room was hot and a/c didn't seem to work, but overall hotel was fine, and the location in relation to South Bank, Waterloo, London Eye was fantastic. Managed to find a decent local parking for 24 hrs too, so would use this again. Didn't have breakfast myself, but family who did were pretty underwhelmed."

"This hotel was PERFECT for what we needed! The location is great (walking distance to London Eye and many other things) and a short 1 minute walk to the St James Tube Station. I had read that the rooms were small, which they are, but they are very modern and well designed. The price is very reasonable. Everything is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices!! I would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is in a great location. Super easy access to the underground. Quiet area at night. Staff was very friendly. We felt welcomed! Late night bar was a plus after a long day of walking!"
