"Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise "

"Muy linda la ambientación del hotel, mi habitación de cama king size tenía buen tamaño, solo no hay cajoneras ni repisas para poner la ropa excepto el área de colgar las prendas. Te dejan algunos snacks , agua, papas, cocas de cortesía. El desayuno bufette muy delicioso y de calidad. Además que el hotel está muy bien ubicado a áreas de teatro, mercado y algunas compras"
