"Locatie is goed, verder niet schoon, kamers slecht onderhouden. Deurtjes die er bijna uitvielen. Geen enkele parasol bij zwembad. Geen gezellige bar en restaurant. Slechte onbeveiligde Wifi. Voor de prijs die betaald wordt , schandalig."

"We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and got one of their most expensive rooms on the 1st floor. It was very spacious and the balcony was wonderful. It was large with an umbrella and great views. The problem started 10 minutes after we were in the room when there was a roach running on the floor and one in the bed. We caught the one in the bed and took it to the front desk. Needless to say we were upset and all we were told by the manage is that it happens and they would send someone...

There were two instances when walking back into the hotel after a day out that staff members approached and asked me what I was doing there and where I was going. When I stated that I was a guest of the hotel they looked surprised. I guess I don’t look rich enough"

"Free breakfast in the mornings with fresh squeezed orange juice and large selection of fresh foods. A little walk away from the city which is good as no noise from outside will bother hotel guests. Clean room, good size as well."

There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only. "The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...
