"Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....

From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. "This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected....
