"- Breakfast wasn't overly hot. Paper plates and plastic for silverware and instead of glass "which was shocking" - Pool was very cloudy and dirt in the deeper end. Looked to be like dog fur under the door to the pool and inside the pool area by the basket for towels. -Staff was great. Couldn't ask for better. "

"Although room was warm and sheets were crisp, the sink was partially clogged, no Netflix and any worthy available shows you had to pay for, and there was many ants in the bathroom, around a bed, and near the shoes. My daughter is terrified of bugs and this really ruined her stay."

"My stay was good except for the last day when the front desk staff yelled at me and my family members for asking a question. Very unprofessional!"

"We stayed during March Break, the hotel was nice, pool was great and breakfast was really good. I am totally okay with kids having fun during the March break, however, we were up most of the night due to kids running down the halls, screaming and banging on all the doors. We went to the desk twice and the response we got was “we apologize it is March break”. We have a four year old with us, who was unable to sleep due to other peoples kids not being able to follow the rules. "
